- Directly from you, when you complete the Brand Health Check, submit a brief, book a call, or email us.

- To deliver your Brand Health Check result and the Brand Playbook.
- To contact you and follow up about your enquiry and our services.
- To provide, manage, and improve our services.

- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Direct marketing
We may send you marketing communications by email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We handle marketing in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, including:
- Notion, for our customer records and CRM.
- Resend, for email delivery.
- Cal.com, for call bookings.
- Vercel, for website hosting.
